A clear and accurate situation report (SITREP) was compiled by Mr. Bhichien (Pom) on a daily basis and he managed to demonstrate the daily progress with good mapping and diagrams. He also compiled a very practical and well-illustrated monthly report, which served as a good description of the progress of the project as well.
