CAMP ADMINISTRATION RULE

CAMP ADMINISTRATION RULE
Campers must practice proper conduct at all times, obeying all safety rules and regulations;

1. ROOM
Rooms to be use only to rest and sleep. Rooms must be kept tidy. Who are stay in room, they have take responsible to keep inside room cleaned properly and ordering. Campers will be held responsible for any damage to rooms and furnishings. No loud music allowed in rooms. No running after dark. All Campers cannot change the room by own self, that have to get prior approve from Administration. Who change the room without prior approve that will be punishment. Room checks will be conducted by camp supervisor to determine room damages.
Silent times: from 10.30 pm to 06.00 am. During this time the use of radios, televisions and other musical instruments is strictly forbidden. However, they must always be used on low volume.
Place all garbage in suitable containers provided in campgrounds. Do not throw it away.

2. FACILITY
Campers will be receiving a necessary facility (Mattress, Blanket, pillow, bed sheet, Bath towel, Small towel, locker and keys). Water dispenser on corridor, it’s using for drink only.

3. COOKING
Cooking or heating food inside the room is not permitted, failing to abide by this rule, you will be subject to disciplinary actions including termination of contract. The use and/or possession of kitchen utensils, and any other for cooking or inappropriate substance and items (electric stove, frying pan, pot, candles, matches, knives, etc.) by campers is prohibited. Violations are justification for immediate confiscate from the room without refund.

4. SMOKING
Smoking in not permitted inside the room, this is strictly prohibited. Smoking should be outside open area. Smokers are expected to dispose of their cigarettes in appropriate receptacles.

5. USING OF TOILETS FACILITIES
You are requested to leave the bathroom the best way possible for your colleagues; you may ask the housekeeping for assistance if required. We all have to use them! Please keep them clean and tidy.

6. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Company assumes no liability for damage or loss of personal property. Remember, the easiest way to avoid loss to your belongings is to keep your room locked when you are not there and when you are asleep! Belongings must be secured in a locker or brought out. Valuables such as money, watches, and jewelry should be properly safeguarded. Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings brought to and from camp.

7. ALCOHOL & DRUGS
Not allowed by local law! Failing to abide by this rule, you will be subject to disciplinary actions including termination of contract. No drugs, alcohol or any other illegal substance is permitted on any person at any time. The use and/or possession of alcohol, drugs, and any other illegal or inappropriate substance and items by campers is strictly prohibited.

8. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Hazardous materials including, but not limited to, gas, propane, chemicals, or gas grills are not permitted in camp under any circumstances.

9. CANTEEN
Company arranges 3 meals per day (Breakfast, lunch, Dinner), Food trays and Foods are not allowed to take out from canteens. After eating, return food tray to the designated area. Not permitted to bring a food tray to accommodation room. Exception food boxes that provide as requested from work site.
10. LAUNDRY
Twice a week, your personal clothes, uniforms and bed clothes will be collected. There is one laundry room in the facility; It is not allowed wash your cloths in the toilets. (Only underwear will be allowed)

11. SECURITY, FIGHT , ROBBERY & GAMBLING
A security guard will be present 24 hours. Fights will not be tolerant! Also robbery will not be tolerant! No Gambling or betting with money, such as card-playing. Failing to abide by this rule, you will be subject to disciplinary actions including termination of contract.

12. RECREATION AREA
You will have a recreation area with TV and games. Athletic activities are prohibited in the residence buildings and containers. Running, playing, throwing, and similar activities are to be done outside the buildings.

13. TRANSPORTATION
You are not allowed to go from Camp Site to the job site by walking or vice versa. If you insist, JV will take the necessary actions.
Buses are provided by the ODTC JV for workers transportation.

If a camper's behavior is consistently and severely at odds with the Camp's rules and regulations, the JV will be taken proper actions, including termination of contract.

These camp rules may be amended from time to time without notice.
